They have this really stupid policy that you need a code to call customer service. I was really hoping that wasn't the case. I don't know if we should replace it necessarily, but I think I will call customer service. If you fail to open the router's web interface from another computer then there is something wrong with that router and you should replace it. What I am trying to do in my settings is to port forward my router for Garry's Mod. Now after a few weeks it is giving me the first screen again to no avail. Every so often it would give me the logon screen again and when I typed in the username and password it would go right back to "updating". I logged in with the correct username and password (as it did not tell me "wrong password" which it did when I typed in random letters as a test) and then it said it was Updating and it would take several minutes: After doing this a few times it finally gave me the logon page. I tried reseting the router but it wouldn't give me the logon page. It works fine, except I cannot log into the settings.

Now we have a new Arris router and it works great. So TWC replaced my router because out previous Netgear was horrible and kept cutting out.
